Damp course, woodworm treatment, and roof replacement
Excellent job carried out on rebuilding chimney, fixing roof, plastering inside walls and an outside wall, fitting new guttering and fascia boards, and woodworm treatment.
Was able to avoid doing unnecessary work through advice Paddy gave, work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Always easy to keep in contact with and kept me updated on how work was progressing.
Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Fix damp problem
Paddy is not like any other builder I have dealt with. He apologised for not getting out to view the job until Saturday morning – I contacted him on the Thursday night !! He started the following Tuesday and was reliable and kept us fully informed and best of all didn’t put the arm in when it came to price even when there were a few extra bits we threw in. Super work and I have his number listed in my phone as I will definitely use him again.

Patrick undertook Project Management role in relation to the refurbishment of a residential property.This involved a total replacement of solid floors (excavating original concrete floors in all downstairs rooms ) in preparation for new floors. Removal of all plaster in preparation for new Damp Proof Course injection and subsequent re-plastering. Prepared for sub floor, fitted damp proof membrane and managed the laying of new floor. All was done in line with statutory building regulations. Patrick remained in constant contact with myself and statutory bodies to ensure that the work was current’ best practice’. Subsequent to floor, Patrick liaised with heating and plumbing engineers and electrician to ensure that all works were completed to standard. Patrick managed the first and final fix of all subsequent wood works – including door frames, doors and associated skirting and flooring. Patrick delivered on time and on budget. Patrick’s strengths are – his ability to finding solutions to challenges i.e. when the project gets stuck Patrick manages to find a way around the problem. His reliability – unlike many previous experiences with builders, Patrick turns up to the job daily and on time!!! This is hugely important to me. His own skills base – Patrick knows when he needs to get a second opinion and he has the contacts to do that. He is not afraid to get a second opinion from another builder / professional. Patrick did a great job. Good guy to work with!!!

Convert conservatory to sunroom and refurb Restoration & Refurbishment
What a transformation! Paddy and his team delivered an excellent piece of work for us – A conservatory conversion which involved creating an open plan room with a exisitng adjoining family room and making sure this new room could be heated easily and created more space for us together with new flooring, decorating and electrical improvement inculding a new speaker system.
We are so pleased with the finished work, its like new home. Paddy was able to recruit a variety of workmen – roofers, plasterer, electrician, painter, plumber etc. All of whom completed their work to a high standard and were very trustworthy tradesmen.
It was a pleasure working with Paddy, he kept us informed throughout the project providing us with regular progress update calls. We never had any problems getting in contact with Paddy which is not something we have experienced with previous trades people we have used.
Overall we can only give Paddy and his team a great review and is was a pleasure working with them. Paddy managed everything from helping us plan the best layout and providing us with ideas to managing and organising a great team ensuring the job was completed to our needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Paddy again and highly recommend his work.

Supporting walls moved, plastering and electrics Restoration & Refurbishment
Patrick and his team did a great job. He undertook refurbishment of my home which involved removal of 2 supporting walls and installation of steel, digging out and laying of new floor, relocation of downstairs WC. All was done in line with building regulations. Patrick remained in constant contact with me and building control to ensure that the work was in line with current requirements. He then coordinated and managed the plastering, plumbing and electrical work. Patrick managed the first and final fix of all joinery work – including door frames and doors. Patrick is very easy to work with and has the ability to finding solutions to issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely manner. He is reliable and turns up to the job daily and on time!!! A very positive experience, and will use him and his team for any future projects.
